AGAINST ARREST AND CAPTIVITY

This Writ of Immediate Release is filed in the Court of Heaven to challenge any illegal detention, incarceration, or trapping of a believer—whether it manifests physically, mentally (soul captivity to depression, addiction, or trauma), or spiritually. Under Kingdom Law, because the supreme debt has been paid, no lower power can legally hold a child of God captive.

IN THE HIGH COURT OF HEAVEN: INJUNCTION AGAINST ARREST AND CAPTIVITY (NIV)

CASE NAME: THE ESCAPE OF THE CAPTIVES OF ZION

“By the Authority of the Ancient of Days, I present this Emergency Motion to strike down every illegal arrest, break every cage, and command the immediate release of those held in captivity:

1. THE COMMAND TO THE CAPTORS: I invoke the Sovereign demand of Exodus 5:1: “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘Let my people go…'” I speak directly to every spiritual captor, every corrupt system, and every institutional pharaoh currently detaining me, my family, or those under my stewardship. 2. THE OVERRIDE OF LEGAL SNARES: I activate the supreme promise of Isaiah 49:24-25: “Can plunder be taken from warriors, or captives be rescued from the fierce [the legal captive]? But this is what the Lord says: ‘Yes, captives will be taken from warriors, and plunder retrieved from the fierce; I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save.'” I decree that even if the enemy claims a ‘legal right’ based on old contracts, past mistakes, or ancestral signatures, the Blood of Jesus has broken the lease. The Higher Court declares the legal captive free!
3. THE CLAUSE OF THE BROKEN SNARE: I declare over my spirit, soul, and body the triumphant verdict of Psalm 124:7: “We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.” I decree that every psychological cage, every emotional trap, and every physical or legal setup is shattered right now. The fowler has lost his prize.
4. THE INJUNCTION AGAINST ILLEGAL ARREST: I serve a proactive Restraining Order against the spirit of arrest, false accusation, and entrapment. I claim the protection of Psalm 121:7: “The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life.” I decree that my steps are ordered so perfectly that I cannot be cornered, setup, or trapped by any malicious plot, lawsuit, or sudden disaster.
5. THE VERDICT OF COMPREHENSIVE LIBERTY: I align with Luke 4:18: “He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.” Whether the captivity is in the body (sickness, confinement), in the soul (anxiety, depression, mental strongholds), or in the spirit (bondage, demonic oppression), I decree an immediate opening of the prison doors.

JUDICIAL ENFORCEMENT SUMMARY

• I open ‘The Gates’: The gates of brass are broken, and the bars of iron are cut asunder (Psalm 107:16).
