NAMES OF GOD PRAYERS

Lord, we enter Your presence with thanksgiving and lift up Your matchless names. From the opening pages of Scripture to its glorious conclusion, You have revealed Your heart, Your power, and Your character to us. We worship You through the ages:

• In Genesis, You are Elohim, the Supreme Creator God who is full of all power, majesty, and creative authority.
• In Exodus, You are Yahweh, the great I AM THAT I AM, the covenant-keeping God who is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
• In Leviticus, You are Yahweh-Mekaddishkem, the LORD who sanctifies us and sets us apart for Your holy purposes.
• In Numbers, You are El Elyon, the God Most High, who rules over the affairs of humanity from the highest heavens.
• In Deuteronomy, You are Hatsur, our immutable Rock, whose work is perfect and whose ways are entirely just.
• In Joshua, You are El Chayyim, the Living God, who breathes life into our dead situations and drives out every enemy before us.
• In Judges, You are Yahweh-Shalom, the LORD our Peace, quieting our storms and calming our anxious hearts.
• In 1 Samuel, You are Yahweh-Sabaoth, the LORD of Hosts and Commander of angelic armies, fighting the battles we cannot win.
• In 2 Samuel, You are Migdal-Oz, our Strong Tower, the fortress where the righteous run and find absolute safety.
• In 1 Kings, You are El-Yisrael, the God of Israel, who keeps covenant and shows unfailing mercy to those who walk wholeheartedly before You.
• In 2 Kings, You are Asah, the Maker of heaven and earth, reminding us that nothing is too difficult for Your hands.
• In 1 Chronicles, You are Ab, the eternal Father, to whom belongs all greatness, power, glory, victory, and majesty.
• In 2 Chronicles, You are Yahweh-Elohim, the supreme sovereign God, whose eyes run to and fro throughout the earth to strongly support those loyal to You.
• In Ezra, You are Elah Sh’mayya, the God of Heaven, who moves the hearts of rulers to fulfill Your restoration plans.
• In Nehemiah, You are El Channun v’Rachum, our Gracious and Merciful God, who never forsakes us even in our failures.
• In Esther, You are The Sovereign King, working hiddenly behind the scenes to deliver Your people in the perfect timing of providence.
• In Job, You are El Shaddai, God Almighty, the All-Sufficient One who restores what was lost and teaches us to trust You in the dark.
• In Psalms, You are Yahweh-Rohi, the LORD my Shepherd, who leads us beside quiet waters and restores our weary souls.
• In Proverbs, You are Mishgab, our Safe Stronghold, providing wisdom that guards our steps from danger.
• In Ecclesiastes, You are Boreh, our Great Creator, the only One who satisfies the eternity You have placed in our hearts.
• In Song of Solomon, You are Dod, our Beloved, the Chief among ten thousand, whose banner over us is love.
• In Isaiah, You are Immanuel, God With Us, descending into our broken world to share in our humanity.
• In Jeremiah, You are Yahweh-Tsidkenu, the LORD Our Righteousness, clothing our nakedness with Your spotless robes.
• In Lamentations, You are Chelek, our Portion and Inheritance, whose compassions never fail and are new every morning.
• In Ezekiel, You are Yahweh-Shammah, the LORD is There, promising us that Your presence will never leave His people.
• In Daniel, You are Attik Yomin, the Ancient of Days, the eternal Judge who sits on the throne when earthly empires crumble.
• In Hosea, You are Moshia, our faithful Saviour, who pursues us with unrelenting love and redeems us from the pit.
• In Joel, You are Machaseh, a Refuge for Your people, pouring out Your Spirit upon all flesh in the dark days.
• In Amos, You are Adonai Yahweh, the Sovereign LORD, who reveals His secrets to His servants and speaks with absolute authority.
• In Obadiah, You are The Just Avenger, ensuring that righteousness prevails and that the kingdom ultimately belongs to the LORD.
• In Jonah, You are Elohei HaShamayim, the God of Heaven who rules the seas, showing vast pity to the lost and broken.
• In Micah, You are Moshil, the Ruler from of old, who shepherds His flock in the strength of the LORD.
• In Nahum, You are El Qanna, a Jealous God, fiercely protective of Your people and a stronghold in the day of trouble.
• In Habakkuk, You are Kadosh, the Holy One of pure eyes, who fills the earth with the knowledge of Your glory as the waters cover the sea.
• In Zephaniah, You are Gibbor, the Mighty Warrior, who is in our midst to save, rejoicing over us with singing.
• In Haggai, You are Malak Yahweh, the Messenger of the LORD, shaking the heavens and the earth to fill Your house with glory.
• In Zechariah, You are Tzemach, the Branch, our Messianic King who rules with grace and removes our iniquity in a single day.
• In Malachi, You are Yatsar, the Father and Maker who fashioned us, rising over us as the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings.
• In Matthew, You are Iesous, Jesus, the One who saves His people from their sins.
• In Mark, You are The Son of God, serving humanity with unmatched power, authority, and humility.
• In Luke, You are Kurios, the Lord and Master, who came to seek and save that which was lost.
• In John, You are Logos, the Living Word, who was with God from the beginning and became flesh to reveal the Father’s glory.
• In Acts, You are Archēgos, the Author of Life, who broke the chains of death and empowers us by the Holy Spirit.
• In Romans, You are Abba, our intimate Father, who adopts us into the royal family and secures us from ever being separated from Your love.
• In 1 Corinthians, You are The Wisdom of God, confounding the wise of this world through the power of the cross.
• In 2 Corinthians, You are The Father of Mercies, comforting us in all our tribulations so we can comfort others.
• In Galatians, You are The Deliverer, who gave Himself to rescue us from this present evil age and set us free.
• In Ephesians, You are The Chief Cornerstone, building us together into a holy temple for Your Spirit.
• In Philippians, You are the Name Above All Names, at which every knee in heaven, on earth, and under the earth must bow.
• In Colossians, You are The Image of the Invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, in whom all fullness dwells.
• In 1 Thessalonians, You are The Faithful One, who calls us by name and will surely preserve our spirit, soul, and body blameless.
• In 2 Thessalonians, You are The Lord of Peace, giving us peace at all times and in every way.
• In 1 Timothy, You are The Only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone possesses immortality.
• In 2 Timothy, You are The Righteous Judge, who holds the crown of righteousness for all who long for Your appearing.
• In Titus, You are Sōtēr, God Our Saviour, who saved us not by works of righteousness but according to Your mercy.
• In Philemon, You are The Giver of Grace, transforming runaway slaves into beloved brothers in Christ.
• In Hebrews, You are The Author and Finisher of Our Faith, who endured the cross and sits victorious at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
• In James, You are The Father of Lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow, pouring down every good and perfect gift.
• In 1 Peter, You are The Chief Shepherd, the Guardian of our souls, who will crown us with unfading glory.
• In 2 Peter, You are The Day Star, arising in our hearts to chase away the darkness of this world.
• In 1 John, You are The True God, the ultimate reality, who has given us understanding to know Him who is true.
• In 2 John, You are The Son of the Father, walking with us in truth, love, and divine grace.
• In 3 John, You are The Standard of Goodness, testifying of the truth and anchoring our souls in what is pure.
• In Jude, You are The Only Wise God, who is able to keep us from stumbling and present us faultless before Your presence with exceeding joy.
• In Revelation, You are the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, who is, who was, and who is to come—the Almighty!
• The lion of of the tribe Judah and the lamb of God  that was slain  who has prevailed with the 7 eyes and 7 horns who is worthy to take the scrolls and break its seals who has called us out of every nation tribe and tongue and made us a kingdom of priests unto our God that we may reign on the earth 
• Unto him who sits on the throne and to the lamb be blessing and honour glory and power for ever and every Amen
• We join with the 24 elders the 4 living creatures and the innumerable company of angels to cry holy holy holy is the Lord God almighty Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
• Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord hosanna in the highest
