ALIGNMENT OF THE KINGDOM TEAM – EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS

This decree addresses the Standing and Alignment of Business Partners and Employees. In the Courts of Heaven, a Kingdom enterprise is a “Body” of people. To ensure total productivity, you must commission the hearts and hands of those who work with you, ensuring they are aligned with your prophetic purpose.

IN THE HIGH COURT OF HEAVEN: DECREE FOR PARTNERS & EMPLOYEES (NIV)

CASE NAME: ALIGNMENT OF THE KINGDOM TEAM

MATTER: UNITY, LOYALTY, AND COLLECTIVE SUCCESS

“By the Authority of the Ancient of Days, I present this Decree for every Partner, Employee, and Associate of this Business:

1. THE MANDATE OF UNITY: I invoke the statute of Psalm 133:1, 3: “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!… For there the Lord bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.” I decree a spirit of absolute unity among us and strike every spirit of discord or division from our midst.
2. THE COMMISSION OF LOYALTY: I declare the blessing of Proverbs 3:3-4 over my partners and employees: “Let love and faithfulness never leave you… Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.”I decree they are loyal, faithful, and operate with a good name in the marketplace.
3. THE LABORER’S WORTH & JUSTICE: I align with the judicial requirement of Colossians 4:1: “Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven.” I decree that our pay practices are fair and just, and in return, the Lord protects this business from every legal charge or labor dispute.
4. THE HEART OF SERVICE: I decree that every employee works according to Colossians 3:23-24: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters… It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” I commission them to work with excellence and 100% effort, knowing their ultimate reward is from the Lord.
5. THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP: I invoke Ecclesiastes 4:9: “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.” I decree that our partnerships are fruitful, balanced, and produce a supernatural return on our collective effort.

This Decree is authorized. The alignments  areactivated. The purpose is fulfilled.
