“In the Presence of the Ancient of Days and before the Great Cloud of Witnesses:
- NOTICE OF OWNERSHIP: I declare that my body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). It is a property purchased by the Blood of the Lamb. I rebut every attempt by cancer, Alzheimer’s, anxiety, or heart failure to seize this property. You are a trespasser with no valid deed (1 Corinthians 6:20).
- ENFORCEMENT OF THE RESTRAINING ORDER: I serve notice to every cell, organ, and system: A Divine Restraining Order has been issued against the spirit of infirmity (Luke 13:11-12). I command every rogue cell and malfunctioning process to cease and desist all activity immediately. You are in contempt of the Highest Court (Isaiah 54:17).
- VOIDANCE OF EARTHLY PRONOUNCEMENTS: I acknowledge the medical report as a “fact” of the lower courts, but I move to vacate its power by the Truth of the Supreme Court. The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has superseded the law of decay (Romans 8:2). I strike the words ‘failure,’ ‘incurable,’ and ‘chronic’ from my record.
- SUBSTITUTIONARY DISMISSAL: I declare that the penalty for this sickness was served by Jesus Christ at the whipping post. He bore my diseases and carried my pains (Isaiah 53:4-5). Because He was punished, I am legally exempt. Divine Justice forbids a second infliction of a satisfied debt (Matthew 8:17).
- ACTIVATION OF THE QUICKENING SPIRIT: I release the Quickening Power of God into my mortal flesh (Romans 8:11). I command my immune system to enforce the order, my heart to beat with the rhythm of life, and my mind to be sound and clear (2 Timothy 1:7).
This case is adjudicated. The verdict is Wholeness. The evidence is the Blood. The enforcement is Now.
“I move the Court for a Writ of Restitution. Since the thief has been found, I demand a sevenfold return of my vitality. I claim the restoration of the years lost to this infirmity. I receive ‘double for my trouble’ and declare my youth is being renewed. The Law of Restoration is now in effect over my body.”
Amen.”
